Joyful Team Building: The Inward Smile

Sitting on the Edge of LEGO Serious Play

Different Team Dynamic Styles as Represented by Sports

I think I'll call it the "Inward Smile"

There's this moment at the beginning of our team building events and it's my absolute favorite.

It's when people receive, unwrap and start handling their own LEGO story building kit.

There is this smile that appears on people's faces.

Sometimes its big, sometimes small.

But it's personal, for them.

Like they've been brought back in time.

They are sitting on the edge of play and there is this excitement and joy - not to a level of exuberance, but a more patient and expectant smile.

I tried to find an image that conveyed this, and I think the ostrich does it best!

I'm grateful that this is what I get to do, bring smiles and joy while building connection in teams.

Need a smile today? Set a aside some time to play in some way.

Got some LEGO's? Go build something - build your own thing and let the expectations fade away.

You might just find that inward smile I mentioned above.

Contact us today if you’re interested in more smiles!
